PTFX produces an extensive range of FDA compliant flexible hoses for use across the food, dairy, and confectionery processing industries, engineered for optimum hygiene, cleanability, and process performance. The range includes standard food transfer hoses, heat-traced designs for temperature-sensitive products, high temperature silicone rubber and PTFE lined options, as well as specialist products such as non-crush tanker hoses, IBC and Pallecon container hoses, and hygienic food tanker loading hoses.

All food and dairy hoses from PTFX are manufactured from smooth bore rubber and fluoropolymer materials that are non-tainting, free from phthalates and animal by-products, and compatible with in-line CIP and SIP cleaning systems. They are supplied as standard with Safe-Lok hygienically swaged hose end fittings and are fully pressure tested and certified prior to dispatch.
