PTFX Non-Crush Hygienic Process Hoses were developed in response to the frequent problem of flexible hoses in tanker loading bays being run over and crushed by road tankers and fork lift trucks, requiring costly and frequent replacement. These hoses feature a unique crush-proof construction that allows them to quickly recover their shape after being crushed, and are available in a range of FDA approved hose liners for all hygienic transfer and filling applications. PTFX also provides Safety-Breakaway hose couplings that automatically disconnect if a tanker drives off with the hose still connected, helping protect gantry equipment and process pipework.
