PTFX smooth bore FDA grade high temperature hoses are widely used during the production of food and dairy products, featuring silicone rubber and PTFE lined designs that offer a much broader temperature range than standard FDA rubber hose materials. Available in sizes from 6mm to 204mm bore, silicone rubber versions offer a temperature range from -50°C to +150°C while PTFE lined versions extend from -54°C to +260°C, both with working pressures up to 15.0 Bar. All hoses are supplied with Safe-Lok hygienically swaged hose end fittings and are fully pressure tested and certified prior to dispatch.
