PTFX produces a range of anti-static process hoses manufactured from both PU and fluoropolymer materials for use in zone hazardous and potentially explosive environments, conforming to EN 12115 standards. The PTFE lined smooth bore hoses are made from electrically conductive materials suitable for ATEX Ex Zones 0 and 1, while the Pharmadust PU hoses are used in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries for the transfer of dry products and powders. All hoses provide electrical continuity along their full length through bonded Safe-Lok hose end fittings, are electrically tested and certified, and are available with working pressures up to 16.0 Bar.
